These grain tanks are in great shape! The tanks were just utilized for some short term corn storage in 2018 & 2019. All tanks have been cleared out.

As of year-end 2018 the following services have been performed to the tanks, and at the location;

New lowboy tank unloading auger motor with adjustable auger head, all new belts throughout tanks and external fans / auger drive belts, new sweep auger motors, new bearings in all unload floor augers, new 490v fuses throughout and new main breaker. Newly purchased 3 phase power cords 40' in length, new circle drive put in. All service fittings are greased and ready for your 2019 crop. Additionally worth noting is there is enough acreage that comes with these tanks that you can either have an office or a manufactured home (or both) on premises.

Tanks are priced to sell and far under replacement cost not including you are getting acreage with them!
